Sabah Kalyoussef, DO, FAAP, FPIDS, is a double board-certified pediatric infectious diseases physician in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital. Dr. Kalyoussef earned her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine in New Jersey. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital and a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in New York.

She is a highly respected pediatric infectious diseases physician known for her compassion and expertise in New Jersey. Serving at both The Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick and Capital Health Medical Center in New Jersey, she assists healthcare clinicians in managing intricate infections and diagnostic challenges.

Dr. Kalyoussef is an active member of esteemed medical societies including the Infectious Diseases Society of America, the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a Fellow of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society and American Academy of Pediatrics. She holds her teaching affiliation with Rutgers University as a volunteer clinical associate professor of Pediatrics. Dr. Kalyoussef’s interests include medical education, travel health, sepsis, multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C), and tuberculosis.
