Amar Bukhari is an accomplished and competent critical care specialist and pulmonologist with offices in New Brunswick and Monroe, NJ. Dr. Bukhari earned his Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He presently serves as the Chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, Associate Chairman of Medicine, and Chairman of the Ethics Committee at Saint Peter’s University Hospital. His clinical practice focuses on pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine at Saint Peter’s University Hospital. Through his administrative roles, he works to improve the quality of care provided to patients. Additionally, he teaches medical and physician assistant students as well as doctors in training.
